- Madison H.Frederick and his partner were kind, but there were several issues. I was told when they arrived at our scheduled time that they had to go finish another job and come back later. It was unclear when they left whether they were coming back the same day, then they did not tell me when they DID get back, so I was unable to confirm the time spent working. The compensation was listed as $42/hr, but I was told after the fact that there would be a $50 fee for the landfill and some other fee that I don't recall the details of. After we agreed on a compromised price in person (which I still felt was far too much for what they accomplished, alas), I sent that amount on cash app. I was then charged another $57 from taskrabbit. Frederick DID refund me that $57, which I appreciated, but when I went back later to the area they cleaned, I was thoroughly disappointed. There are pieces of trash all over the yard, they left parts of plastic bags with the contents still on the ground because, apparently, they did not bring the proper tools to dispose of debris. There are bowls and clothes and entirely full grocery bags. I only paid someone to clean this yard of the trash so that I wouldn't have to do one bit of it myself. Three stars is generous, but I did not want to tarnish their entire star rating. I appreciate the repayment for the unauthorized funds taken out of my account, but I still feel I did not get what I agreed to pay for. Very very disappointed. Furniture Removal
