I am web-based and do not have the app, have been using taskrabbit practically from its inception. It has gone up and down over the years. Repeat: Julian five (5) stars taskrabbit / IKEA zero stars. This is partly tongue in cheek, I’ll leave it at that. Now I can tip Julian if I wish. In my view the tip should be based on what Julian gets, but if I let the system do it, it would base the percentage on what Taskrabbit gets. I think. I could be wrong.
